Esto ayuda a comunicarse de forma m\u00e1s consciente, clara y emp\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Con el curso se desarrollan habilidades de la inteligencia emocional aprendiendo a identificar, comprender y regular las emociones, as\u00ed como las emociones que llegan de los dem\u00e1s. Esto permite gestionar los conflictos de forma m\u00e1s efectiva, construir relaciones m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas y tomar decisiones m\u00e1s acertadas.<\/p>\n<p>La comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva no violenta ser\u00e1 uno de los pilares de este curso. Reforzando la comunicaci\u00f3n clara, honesta y respetuosa, al tiempo que escuchas atentamente lo que los dem\u00e1s tienen que decir.
